Is there an initial setup charge?

12 x 18 - 11 x 17 - and mini 4 page = 50.00
9 x 12 - 8.5 x 11 - 6 x 9 = 35.00
4.25 x 5.5 postcards = 25.00
5.5 x 8.5 postcards = 25.00
Re-prints = 15.00
Re-prints that are over 6 months old= Full set-up charge

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is charged to individuals residing in our home state of Minnesota. Customer are charged the current sales tax rate in force at the time their order is placed

What is your turn around time?

Normal turnaround time is 3 working days from the date received in-house, however, delays may occur if prompt proof sign-off is not received. Proofs by FAX or via PDF file on email are provided at no charge on all orders. COLOR PROOFS will be provided upon request at a cost of $10. Color proofs will therefore delay normal turnaround. Colorsplash Designs, is not liable for any errors after customer approval. Any reprints due to an error after customer approval will be billed at full price.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Local orders are available for pick-up at 8301 28th avenue North, New Hope, MN 55427, or we can have them couriered to your office or any address you wish. Other orders will be shipped UPS or Overnight mail.

What are my payment options?

We will take VISA, MasterCard Discover Card and American Express as well as a check.

Will I be notified when and how much my credit card has been charged for this service?

We will send you, VIA email a PDF of your invoice showing your bill paid by credit card. If you have questions, contact us at info@colosplash.com or call us at 763-545-0407.

How do I know my credit card information is secure?

We request that you call us direct at 1-763-545-0407 to inform us of your credit card information. We do not use your credit card information on the internet in any way.

Can I put a rush on my order?

Yes. We will rush-process your order. We will not charge extra unless it interferes with other orders in the production queue.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., central-standard time. We will be closed for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Resolution settings for high qaulity prints?

Image resolution refers to the number of pixels in a digital image. Most digital cameras allow you to select a combination of resolution and quality from the settings menu.

If you print a lot of digital photos, keep your camera set at the highest possible resolution and quality such as best/fine JPEG. Remember though, the higher the quality setting, the larger image file...so make sure you have a memory card, or a few of them, with enough capacity to match your shooting style.

11x14" 1600 x 1200 pixels

A properly exposed image will print better than one which is not. In addition, the type of printer and paper you use influences the final output. Print quality can be adversely affected by editing and compressing an image too much.
