What are your printing and ancillary service capabilities?
We use state-of-the-art on-demand and variable data digital printing capabilities with unsurpassed quality output. Our printing processes include online file orientation and shut-off capabilities. Our services include full color, two-sided, digital printing, cutting, sorting, wrapping and mailing. We provide one-stop printing and mailing services.
What are your print and paper specifications?
Postcards use 10-point, coated two-sides, Cornwall cover paper.
Explain your print production quality control processes?
During the print process we check your proof against the finished version. Quality is very important to us so we make sure your list recipients receive high-quality marketing pieces.
What is your normal turnaround time?
We will strive to print and mail your order within 48 business hours from the time we receive the files, images, final design approval and credit card information. If we experience delays, we will notify you immediately. As a matter of policy, we include both your address and our address in the mailing so we receive the mailing when we believe your list recipients receive the mailing. We will also include the property address, at your request.
What if I want to see a press-proof version before it's mailed?
If you want a color press-proof of a design we created for you, we will overnight you a proof. You will be charged a $50 administration fee and the cost of the overnight package. If you prefer a PDF version, we will email or fax you a copy at no extra charge.
